High tolerance TIG welding techniques ensure a superior weld bead quality thus optimising the overall life of the bellows assembly. All Palatine units are vacuum tested to better than 10-9 Torr Litre/sec.

With over 40 years experience, the design department is able to analyse your proposed application and recommend design enhancements to optimise bellows performance.

A large selection of standard size bellows packs are available from 8mm to 330mm NB. Various end fittings are available. Alternatively, the units can be assembled to free-issue fittings as required.

With a high tech machining capacity - vacuum flanges and pipe fittings can be made to order.
