Palatine are able to supply edge welded bellows assemblies with a variety of high vacuum end fitting style combinations.
We can manufacture flanges to your own specification in addition to supplying the more conventional 'conflat' knife edge / 'Pneurop' / 'Leybold' / ANSI flanges etc. They are available in 304/316L material grades and are assembled to the bellows element prior to vac-testing.
The bellows element can be assembled with a variety of end fittings to suit almost every application.

FITTING STYLES
When choosing a unit select :
the nominal bore size / stroke required and fitting style as shown above
For example :
14-50 / PP - this has a nominal bore of 14mm, a stroke of 50mm with 'P' style fittings on each end
75-75 / FT - this has a nominal bore of 75mm, a stroke of 75mm with one flange and one tube end fitting
