With over 50 years of experience in the Ultra High Vacuum industry, Palatine Precision manufacture and supply steel bellows components worldwide. We have a broad and well established customer base with application areas including : Semiconductor, Aerospace, Biomedical, Cryogenic and Nuclear industries.
Supported by our own in-house machining resource we are able to manufacture welded bellows assemblies with custom end flanges to suit any requirement. From one off prototypes to larger / batch volume orders we are flexible enough to consider working on almost any bellows application where flexibility and leak tightness are of paramount importance.
Our design and engineering departments are available to assist in the design process and the sales team will provide a rapid response to any application enquiry.
In addition to the manufacture of brand new components we have the expertise to be able to refurbish and repair bellows assemblies. In most cases, we are able to re-use existing end fittings only replacing the bellows element itself to give the unit a new lease of life!
